球状附着式种植义齿在无牙颌中的应用

Application of the ball attachment implant denture in the edentulous jaws

目的:探讨球状附着式种植义齿在无牙颌中的应用效果。方法:通过在无牙颌患者口中各植入2枚球状附着式种植体,制作成种植覆盖义齿。结果:20例种植覆盖义齿经1～2年的观察,近期有效率100%。结论:球状附着式种植覆盖义齿稳定性好和固位力强,且较简易及相对经济,我们认为可在临床广泛地使用。

Objective To evaluate the application effect of the ball attachment implant denture in the edentulous jaws. Methods Through respectively implants 2 ball attachment implant in the edentulous jaws patient mouth,Manufactures the implant supported overdenture. Results The 20 patients with finished implant supported overdenture, after 1-2 years observation,in the near future effectiveness 100%. Conclusion The ball attachment implant supported overdenture is stability good and solid position strength,it is also simple and relative economy,we think it may be extensive used in clinic.
