诱导型一氧化氮合酶在舌鳞状细胞癌中表达及与淋巴转移关系的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨诱导型一氧化氮合酶(inducible nitric oxide synthase,iNOS)与舌癌淋巴转移的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学法检测舌鳞癌中iNOS的表达及用D2-40标志癌周微淋巴管密度(micro lymph vessel density,MLVD),运用半定量记分判断iNOS的表达,Weiden法进行淋巴管计数,评估iNOS与MLVD及舌癌临床病理特征之间的关系。结果iNOS在正常舌组织中呈阴性表达。iNOS在无淋巴结转移舌癌、有淋巴结转移舌癌的阳性表达率分别为26.67%、53.33%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.44,P=0.035<0.05)。无淋巴结转移组中MLVD为(16.43±3.68)个/200倍视野,淋巴结转移组中MLVD为(25.87±3.80)个/200倍视野,差异有统计学意义(t=9.78,P<0.05)。结论iNOS表达与舌癌大小、临床分期等病理特征无关,与淋巴结转移有关;iNOS有促进舌癌淋巴管形成的作用,与舌癌的淋巴转移密切相关。 Objective To explore the relationship between inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) and carcinoma of tongue with lymph metastasis. Methods The expression of iNOS and micro lymph vessel density (MLVI)) marked by D2-40 with immunohistochemical method in carcinoma of tongue, thus to explore the relationship between iNOS, MLVD and clinicopathology of tongue carcinoma. Results The positive expression rate of iNOS in normal tongue tissue, tongue carcinoma without lymph node metastasis, tongue carcinoma with lymph node metastasis was 0, 26.67%, 53.33% respectively. The differences among the three groups were significant (P 〈 0.05) ; MLVD counts were 1.0, 16.43, 25.86, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion Different expression of iNOS was found to be related with lymph metastasis, but not with different solidity of tongue carcinomas and their clinical stages.
