改良应用矫正器微创治疗乳头内陷

Minimally invasive treatment for nipple inversion-modified application of the tractor

目的:观察改良应用矫正器治疗乳头内陷的临床疗效,探讨矫正乳头内陷的方法。方法:回顾研究2007年4月～2008年12月,10例中重度乳头内陷患者,改良应用矫正器治疗的临床效果,研究内容包括:适应证选择、效果分析及并发症发生。结果:矫正器佩戴时间均为6个月,去除矫正器后随访6～12月,平均8个月,所有患者均取得满意疗效,其中1例重度内陷患者已经顺利哺乳;没有并发症发生。在去除矫正器后随访6个月以上,平均8个月。结论:改良应用乳头内陷矫正器适用于任何程度的乳头内陷患者,是一种简单有效的治疗方法。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of the modified nipple tractor in the treatment of nipple inversion. Methods From May 2007 to December 2008,10 patients, with moderate to serious congenital nipple inversion and definite indications, were treated with tractor for 6 months continuely. Results The result in all the patients was satisfactory after following-up for more than 6 months,8months averagely. Besides,one patient with serious nipple inversion has lactated effectively. Conclusion Modified nipple tractor is an ideal method in nipple inversion treatment.It is simple and effective.
