面部原发性孤立性粒细胞肉瘤一例报道
摘要
粒细胞肉瘤（granulocytic sarcoma,GS）是一种罕见的发生于髓外由未成熟髓样细胞构成的体表肿瘤。外周血和骨髓均无白血病表现的面部原发性孤立性粒细胞瘤（Isolated granulocytic sarcoma）更是非常罕见,极少有相关的报道。本文报道手术治疗1例发生于面部的病例,并就孤立性GS的诊断和治疗进行文献复习。
