睑袋形成原因分析及整复术式探讨

Analysing the reason of the baggy deformity of low eyelid and discussing the plastic operation methods

目的:探讨睑袋整复术眼睑年轻化的更好术式。方法:自2007年8月～2009年5月采用将眶隔脂肪回纳或移位,眶隔膜固定的方式行各种类型的睑袋整复术34例。结果:随访4～21个月,所有患者均对手术效果满意。下眼睑袋状外观完全消失,疝出的眶脂及下眶缘沟、眶鼻沟的凹陷得到明显矫正,恢复自然、圆钝的下眼睑轮廓;外眼角及下睑缘形状自然;无术后复发、下眼睑凹陷等并发症。结论:将眶隔脂肪回纳或移位,眶隔膜固定的方式行睑袋整复术是从解剖学的角度矫正睑袋形成的原因,疗效更为满意。

Objective To discuss the better operation methods of baggy deformity of low eyelid for the rejuvenation of the orbital area. Methods 34 cases were performed by returning or transfer the orbital fat, fixing the membrane for various kinds of baggy deformity of low eyelid. Results All patients felt satisfaction with the results of this procedure after 4-21 monthes, the bag appearance disappeared, the fat and the nasolabial fold, lid/cheek junction, recovering the nature, smooth the appearance of low eyelid; there was not complications of relapse and sunken. Conclusion The result of this operation method is more satisfied because it can solve the reason of the baggy deformity of low eyelid in anatomy.
