正畸与烤瓷贴面在前牙美容修复中的联合应用

Combination of orthodontic therapy and ceramic veneers in cosmetic restoration of anterior teeth

目的:将正畸与烤瓷贴面联合应用进行前牙美容修复。方法:采用正畸直丝弓矫治技术和烤瓷贴面联合治疗52颗前牙(21例患者),包括错位、扭转、过小、牙间隙,或伴牙齿部分缺损、色泽异常。结果:6～24个月随访显示:修复体边缘密合度良好,色泽形态自然,修复体和基牙边缘过渡自然,未发生敏感或其他牙髓症状,患者对治疗效果满意。结论:对于单纯采用正畸或修复都不能彻底解决的前牙美容修复问题,采用正畸与烤瓷贴面联合治疗是一种良好的方法。

Objective To combine orthodontic therapy and ceramic veneers in cosmetic restoration of anterior teeth. Methods Orthodontic therapy was undertaken using straight-wire appliance, and then ceramic veneers were made in the treatment of 52 anterior teeth （21 patients）,including malaligned teeth, rotated teeth, microdontia and diastema, partly with segmental defects and abnormal colors. Results After six to twenty-four years of follow-up, all the restorations had tightly close margin, natural color and shape, with no sensitiveness and other symptoms in dental pulp.The restorations and abutment teeth had naturally transition.All the patients were satisfied with the treatment results. Conclusion Combination of orthodontic therapy and ceramic veneers is a good method in cosmetic restoration of anterior teeth.
