微创治疗腋臭62例临床分析

Small incision surgical therapy on bromihidrosis with 62cases

目的:探讨微创法治疗腋臭的优势。方法:62例腋臭,采用微创治疗,术中肿胀麻醉,顺皮纹小切口,皮下刀片锐性分离,翻转皮瓣直视下修除汗腺,术毕加压包扎。结果:60例痊愈,并发症2例,1例血肿,1例皮瓣挛缩。结论:微创治疗腋臭,不仅能够彻底清除大汗腺,根治腋臭,而且创伤小,瘢痕隐蔽,并发症少。

Objective To find the advantage of small incision surgical therapy method on bromihidrosis . Methods 62 patients were applied to the small incision surgical therapy after giving swelling anaesthesia, dissecting tissue under flap with scalpel, removing sweat gland after the flap turnovered,wrapping the cut with proper pressure after operation. Results 60 cases were well healed, there were 2 cases with complications,one case with hematoma,another case with flap contracture. Conclusion The therapy method of bromihidrosis has the advantages of radical cure and microtrauma and less complication.
