摘要 腋臭是一种常见的遗传性皮肤代谢性疾病,常由于腋窝大汗腺过度分泌的有机物质和细菌分解所产生的不饱和脂肪酸所致。因大汗腺的分泌功能受雄性激素的影响,故此病好发于青春期后的中青年,女性多于男性,老年后症状减轻或痊愈[1]。使患者在社会生活中受到生理和心理的双重压力,
