留置针导管作支撑物在泪小管断裂吻合术应用的效果分析

Effect of 24G retention needle as supporting material in anastomosis of lacrimal ductule rupture

目的:研究用24G留置针导管作支撑物在泪小管断裂吻合术中应用的效果分析。方法:对23例下泪小管断裂患者行泪小管吻合术中用24G留置针导管作支撑物,术后随访1～3mo。结果:23例中18例无溢泪,泪道通畅,2例泪点外翻,冲洗泪道通畅,3例泪点外翻溢泪,冲洗泪道欠通畅。结论:24G留置针导管在泪小管断裂吻合术中作支撑物,易于操作,效果显著。

AIM： To study the effect of 24G retention needle as supporting materiar in anastomosis of lacrimal ductule rupture. METHODS： Twenty-three patients with inferior lacrimal duct rupture underwent nasolacrimal anastomosis with 24G retention needle as supporting material, and were followed up for 1-3 months. RESULTS： Lacrimation didn＇t occur in 18 of 23 patients, and their lacrimal passages were unobstructed; eversion of lacrimal punctum occurred in 2 cases whose lacrimal passages were unobstructed; eversion of lacrimal punctum and epiphora occurred in 3 cases whose lacrimal passages were insufficiently unobstructed. CONCLUSION： 24G retention needle as supporting material in anastomosis of lacrimal ductule rupture is easy to operate and has remarkable effect.
