转基因猪皮在小儿面部浅Ⅱ度烧伤治疗中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 目的:观察人细胞毒T淋巴细胞相关抗原4免疫球蛋白(Cytotoxic T lymphocyte associated antigen 4 immunoglobulin,CTLA4Ig)基因转染猪皮在小儿浅Ⅱ度面部烧伤治疗中的临床疗效。方法:转基因猪皮治疗组20例,常规治疗对照组20例。观察创面愈合情况、患儿疼痛耐受情况、创面愈合时间、愈合后色素瘢痕情况。结果:转基因猪皮治疗组创面愈合时间6~8d,对照组为8~14d。转基因猪皮治疗组疼痛明显减轻,未发现全身不良反应及局部排斥反应。两组均未出现瘢痕,但对照组部分病例出现色素改变。结论:转基因猪皮治疗小儿浅Ⅱ度面部烧伤创面具有减轻创面疼痛、减少创面渗出、减少换药次数、不留瘢痕、减轻色素沉着、预防色素改变的优点。 Objective:To investigate the clinic efficacy of gene transfected miniature pig skin as dressings to cure superficial Ⅱ degree burns of face in infants.Methods:Forty inpatients suffering from superficial Ⅱ degree face burn were included in our study.The ages of patients were 0.5 to 11 years and wound areas were 0.5% to 1.5% TBSA.A prospective randomized study was undertaken to evaluate the efficacy of CTLA4Ig gene transfected miniature pig skin while exposure therapy in traditional was taken as control.The healing time,scar,pain,skin graft and the rate of infection of wounds were observed.Results:The CTLA4Ig gene transfected miniature pig skin groups had less healing time,less pain and less infection rate.Conclusion:It is feasible that the CTLA4Ig gene transfected miniature pig skin is used as an effective and efficient cover to treat superficial Ⅱ degree burn wounds on face of infants.
