用氦制冷机测量纯铜低温热导率 被引量:4

Measurement of low temperature thermal conductivity of pure Cu with helium refrigerator

摘要 在纯铜低温热导率测量实验中原有实验装置利用液氮充当冷源,只能测量78 K到室温的纯铜的热导率.新的装置改用氦制冷机,其测温范围的低温端可延伸至9 K.测量结果的不确定度为3%. The usual liquid nitrogen equipment can only measure the thermal conductivity of pure Cu at temperatures from 78 K to room temperature. Our new system uses helium refrigerator, the lowest temperature can be reduced to 9 K. The uncertainty of the result is about 3%.
