摘要
目的研究体外循环中液位、压力监测仪器的应用。方法20名成人患者及10名小儿患者体外循环术中,比较HZ-01-A型液位、压力报警器及机械式压力表对主泵压监测的结果,观察泵压超过设定值、液面低于设定值时监测仪是否报警。结果泵压随流量增加而增加,HZ-01-A型液位、压力报警器及机械压力表测得的数据具有相关关系,两者数值无统计学差异。当压力及液面异常时,HZ-01-A型液位、压力报警器可以正常报警。结论HZ-01-A型液位、压力报警器在体外循环中可以安全、准确地监测泵压及液面位置,提高体外循环的安全性。
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the applications of HZ - 01 - A pressure monitor and level detector in cardiopulmonary bypass. METHODS Twenty adult patients and ten infant patients were enrolled in the observation. The results of HZ- 01 -A pressure monitor and mechanical gauge were compared. The alarm function was tested when the pump pressure exceeded the safe threshold or the reservoir level was below the level sensor. RESULTS The pump pressure was related to the flow rate. The results of HZ - 01 - A pressure monitor were comparable to that of mechanical gauge. The pressure monitor and level sensor could alarm properly. CONCLUSION HZ - 01 - A pressure monitor and level sensor could monitor the pump pressure and reservoir level accurately and improve cardiopulmonary bypass safety.
