柴油高压荷电辅助雾化的试验研究

摘要 对柴油高压荷电辅助雾化进行试验研究,采用高级数码照相机瞬时照相法对柴油喷雾试验进行观察,并探讨了柴油带电荷辅助雾化的效果。结果表明,柴油荷电后雾化效果得到显著的改善,可明显地提高喷雾的均匀性,降低了雾化后的雾滴粒径。 High-voltage electrostatic field is used to assist the atomization of diesel oil,and the spraying experiment of diesel oil is observed by instantaneous photography using an advanced digital camera.The assisted atomization effect of diesel oil charged with electricity is discussed.The results show that the atomization effect of diesel oil has been enhanced greatly through charging with electricity with spraying uniformity improved significantly and liquid drop size reduced.
