电网项目后评价研究——基于改进模糊层次法

Research on Post-evaluation of Power Grid Construction Project Based on Improved FAPH

本文结合电网建设项目的特点,建立了电网项目后评价指标体系,并构造了多层次评价模型。针对指标和专家判断的模糊性,引入改进的模糊层次分析法,采用三角模糊数表征专家的判断信息,并构建了矩阵调整因子,以减少专家主观臆断所造成的影响。最后,通过算例验证该方法的有效性。

Based on the characteristics of power grid construction project,the evaluation index system and a the multi-level evaluation model are given.Due to the ambiguity of the indicators and the judgement of experts,the improved FAHP is introduced,and the judgement of experts are characterized by triangular fuzzy number,and a matrix with adjustment factor is established,which aims to reduce the subjective judgement impacts of experts.Finally,the effectiveness of this method through an example is validated.
