不确定环境下项目投融资决策交互关系研究进展

Research Progress on Interactive Relationship between Investment and Financing Decision-making for Project under Uncertainty

本文在阐述以项目为对象的投融资决策交互关系特性的基础上,从以下三方面对不确定性环境下项目投融资决策交互关系的相关研究进行了梳理:一,外生性财务变量对投融资决策的影响;二,代理冲突对投融资决策交互关系的影响;三,非对称信息对投融资决策的影响。在此基础上,提出了项目投融资决策交互关系的进一步研究方向。

Based on the interaction characteristics between investment and financing decision-making for projects, this paper reviews the research progress on the interaction between investment and financing decision-making for projects under uncertainty from the following three as pects： first, the impacts of exogenous financial variables on investment and financing decision-making;second, the effects of agency conflict on the interactive relationship between investment and financing decision-making：third, the impacts of asymmetric information on investment and financing decision-making. Finally,it proposes the further research directions on the interactive relationship between investment and financing deci- sion-making for project.
