中国省域农村经济综合发展实力评价与分析

Evaluation and Analysis on Rural Economic Development Capabilities in Provincial Level in China

本文从省域农村经济综合发展实力的内涵出发,综合应用层次分析法、因子分析法与德尔菲法,构建了包括6个二级指标、20个三级指标、138个四级指标的评价指标体系。在此基础上,评价与分析了中国大陆地区各省域2005年和2006年的农村经济综合发展实力状况,并针对我国农村经济综合发展实力弱、地区差异大、排位变化小等问题进行了讨论。

According to the connotation of rural economic development capability in provincial level,this paper constructs the evaluation index system consisting of 6 second level indexes,20 third level indexes and 138 fourth level indexes through using the method of AHP,factor analysis and Delphi,and then evaluates and analyzes the rural economic development capabilities of provinces in China mainland in 2005 and 2006. And it discusses the questions such as weak capabilities,great regional gap and little rank changes of rural economic development capabilities in China mainland.
