摘要
水泥浆堵漏仍是目前对付大中型漏失应用最多和有效的堵漏方法,但对如何提高水泥浆堵漏效果却讨论甚少。通过对水泥浆堵漏物理过程的分析和大量的堵漏实践表明,影响水泥浆堵漏效果的关键因素是堵漏钻柱的下入深度、顶替量及顶替排量。本文采用压力平衡原理对堵漏钻柱的下入深度、顶替量及顶替排量进行了分析和推导,给出了在失返条件下水泥浆堵漏工艺参数的计算公式。采用本方法确定水泥浆堵漏工艺参数,可提高水泥浆堵漏效果和成功率。
Cement slurry plugging is the most used and effective loss circulation control method. Through analyzing the physical process of cement slurry plugging and many loss circulation control practices, it shows that the key factors affecting cement slurry plugging are running depth of work string, amount of displacement and displacing flow rate. These key factors are analysed in this paper using pressure equalization principle, and a formula for calculating process parameters of lost circulation control is derived on the no-return condition. By using this method, loss circulation control result and success ratio of this operation can be improved.
