摘要
血液中的血小板在维持血管的完整性方面起着重要作用。血管内皮损伤后,循环中的血小板通过其GPⅡb/Ⅲa受体迅速与损伤部位相结合,释放各种活化因子,产生血小板聚集,受损部位被血小板覆盖,在凝血酶和胶原存在时,激活周围的血小板而发生连锁反应,血小板聚集形成血栓。血小板膜上的GPⅡb/Ⅲa受体是各种因素致血小板聚集的最终共同途径。
