氯吡格雷抵抗的研究进展 被引量：3

摘要 血液中的血小板在维持血管的完整性方面起着重要作用。血管内皮损伤后，循环中的血小板通过其GPⅡb／Ⅲa受体迅速与损伤部位相结合，释放各种活化因子，产生血小板聚集，受损部位被血小板覆盖，在凝血酶和胶原存在时，激活周围的血小板而发生连锁反应，血小板聚集形成血栓。血小板膜上的GPⅡb／Ⅲa受体是各种因素致血小板聚集的最终共同途径。
