摘要
经试验研究,用硅藻土(中国产)、G级水泥及非CaCl_2类早强剂配制出密度为1.35—1.60 g/cm^3的低密度水泥浆。室内评价了其常规性能及压力对其性能的影响。结果表明。该水泥浆密度可调范围大;硅藻土水泥浆具有较好的综合特性,即水泥浆凝结后的水泥石强度高。稠化时间可调,水泥浆混配容易,流动性好,水泥浆密度受压力影响不大,能适应低压易漏深井固井的要求。
A low density cement slurry (1. 35-1. 60 g/cm3) was prepared from diatomaceous earth, Class G cement and non-calcium chloride early strength agent. The properties of the said cement slurry and the in-fluece of pressure on it are evaluated. Tests indicate that the cement slurry possesses such properties as super strength, adjustable thickening time, good flowability and little pressure influence. It is shown that the cement slurry can meet the requirements of cementing in deep wells.
