摘要 四川油气田八角地区是川中矿区主要的石油天然气产区之一,在该地区角57井进行地质取心工作时,选用以优质0~#柴油作分散介质,用氧化适度的氧化沥青及亲油能力很强的乳化剂SP-80作配伍剂,用钛铁矿粉作加重剂,配制出密度在1.90g/cm^3以上油基钻井液。室内试验和现场应用都表明,该钻井液热稳定性好,在不需任何保温设备的情况下地面循环流动性良好;井下带砂能力强,性能稳定,破乳电压在600V以上,防塌效果及润滑性好;维护处理简便易行。 The Bajiao area of Oil & gas field in Sichuan is one of the main Oil & gas production in the middle mineral spot of Sichuan. During the geological coring period of time in Jiao 57 well of this area, The premium diesel oil 0# used as dispersion medium,the air-blown asplalt after appropriate oxidation and the emusifier with strong lipophilicity used as compatible agent, the ilmenite powder used as weighting agent. The oil-based drilling fluid of heavy mud weight above 1. 90 g/cm3 is made up. The drilling fluid shows well thermal stability in Lab testing and on the field application and needs not any thermal insulators with well fluidity. This fluid has got strong proppant-carrying capacity, well mud property under the demulsitying voltage above 600V, good abatment and lubricant, simple maintainence.
