经皮激光椎间盘减压术治疗颈椎间盘突出症的临床研究
摘要
颈椎间盘突出症（cervical disc herniation，CDH）是骨科常见疾病之一，随着微创外科技术的发展，探索颈椎病的微创治疗是当前颈椎病防治的研究重点。本次研究采用经皮颈椎间盘激光减压术（percutaneous laser cervical disc decompression，PLDD）治疗CDH患者50例，效果明显。现总结报道如下。
