对门诊药房零距离药学服务模式满意度的调查分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的了解患者对零距离发药模式的接受程度和满意度。方法以到门诊药房取药的患者或患者家属为对象,采用随机问卷方式进行调查分析。结果调查问卷回收84份,回收率为76.4%。设计的10个调查项中,7项满意率为100%,2项满意率为98.8%,1项满意率为97.6%,整体满意度较高。结论患者对现行的药学服务模式认可,满意度高。患者对药学知识的需求较高,药师应加强专业知识的再培训,以满足患者的需求。 Objective To study the patient's satisfaction on pharmaceutical service of outpatient dispensary. Methods Self-designed questionnaire was assessed through patients and their family members who got drugs from out-patient dispensary. Results 84 questionnaires were obtained. The recovery rate was 76.4%. Among 10 investigative items,100% satisfaction was received in 7 items,98.8% satisfaction was received in 2 items and 97.6% satisfaction was received in 1 item. Contusion Patients approved the present pharmaceutical service and were satisfied with it. Pharmacist must enhance the training of expertise to satisfy the requirement of patients.
