摘要
目的探讨萎胃康颗粒治疗大鼠实验性慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)时对胃黏膜G细胞和D细胞的调节作用及机制。方法采用多重刺激复制大鼠CAG模型,应用大、小剂量萎胃康颗粒进行治疗,并以三九胃泰作为阳性对照药物,应用计算机图象自动分析系统分析给药前后各组胃黏膜G细胞、D细胞的数量和平均光密度变化。结果萎缩性胃炎模型大鼠G细胞和D细胞数量和平均光密度明显减少(P<0.01),给药结束后萎胃康颗粒组G、D细胞数量均明显增多(P<0.01)。结论萎胃康颗粒具有改善胃肠激素对胃功能的调节作用而发挥治疗作用。
Objective To investigate the regulating effects and mechanisms on G-cell and D-cell of stomach mucous membrane in experimental rats suffering from chronic atrophic gastritis ( CAG ), with the use of Weiweikang ( WWK ) granule. Methods Adapt multi-stimulation to duplicate rat CAG model and treat with large or small doses of WWK granule, with Sanjiuweitai ( SJWT ) as the positive contrast medicine, applying computer photo autoanalysis system to analyze the number and light density change of G-cell and D-cell in different groups of stomach mucous membrane after taking medicine. Results The number and light density of G-cell and D-cell in CAG model rat obviously decline( P 〈 0.01 ) , the number of G-cell and D-ceU in WWK group distinctively increase (P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion WWK granule plays a therapeutic role by improving the stomach intestine hormone's regulating effects.
