摘要
在技术创新联盟解体/再生阶段,联盟成员企业文化难以融合,并进而导致技术创新联盟的破裂。本文依据生命周期理论,分析联盟解体/再生阶段特点及对协调机制的要求。在此基础上,提出了技术创新联盟生命周期解体/再生阶段较适宜采用的协调机制。
During the disaggregation/regeneration stage of the technical innovation alliance, the alliances＂ members＂ corporate culture is difficult to fuse with each other. And it comes to lead to the breath of the technical innovation alliance of the enterprises. This article analyses the characteristic of the alliance＇s disaggregation/regeneration stage and the requirement of harmonious mechanism. Based on this, it pointes out that fitter harmonious mechanism which the technical innovation alliance of enterprises will adopt during its disaggregation/regeneration stage life-cycle.
