摘要
在科学发展观和"免疫系统论"下,本文结合预算执行审计工作的实践,对预算执行审计主要存在的问题及其理念、思路、内容、措施方法进行了探索。
Based on the scientific concept of development and immune system theory, taking the practice into account, the author made research on the main problems of budget implementation audit and its concept, ideas, content, and measures.
