摘要
考虑弯曲变形与其它冲压成形基本工序一样,均具有加工硬化效应,以及变形区材料厚度有变化的特点,利用金属塑性变形中幂函数加工硬化的规律与变形力理论求解法中的主应力法,推导出了U形件弯曲力理论计算的新公式。通过钢板QSTE460和铝板1060两种材料的弯曲试验实测出的弯曲力数据表明,该公式较具科学性且可以实用,研究结果为金属塑性变形可分为冷、热压两大类的原理提供了一种论据。
Considering the characteristics of bending deformation., work-hardening effect and thickness change of material in deforming zone,i, e. the same as other punching forming, by utilizing work-hardening of pow- er function law and slab method of metal plastic forming theory, a new theoretical calculation formula for calculation U-shaped bending force is deduced. The technological test of bending deforming is made using steel plates (QSTE460) and aluminum plates (1060). The testing data result shows that the new formula is more scientific and useful, provides the found mental theory that metal plastic deformatiom can be classified into two categories:cold pressure and hot pressure forming.
