简单介绍了德国西门子公司城市轨道交通车辆的线槽预布及安装工艺。详细介绍了株洲电力机车有限公司目前使用的城市轨道交通车辆车内线槽、底架线槽的预布及安装新工艺和操作过程,并将株洲电力机车有限公司的线槽安装工艺与国外同类企业的线槽安装工艺进行了对比分析。
This paper presents briefly at first the preassembly and installation procedure of metro vehicles cable duct developed by Siemens. Then it introduces in detail the current method of preassembly and installation for the cable duct within and under the vehicles used by CSR Zhuzhou Electric Locomotive Co., Ltd. Finally it compares and analyzes the preassembly and installation procedure for metro cable duct used by CSR Zhuzhou and other foreign companies.
