摘要
钢筋的防腐蚀一般采用环氧类涂料,目前国内尚无此类涂料筛选标准和普遍采用的评价方法,在介绍德国H.W.Reinhardt的盐雾试验方法的同时,对防腐蚀钢筋的工程应用进行了技术经济分析,认为可以使混凝土构筑物的寿命提高8年以上,并可节省巨额维修费用。
Generally epoxy coating is used for steel bar to prevent from corrosion in reinforced concrete struc tures and buildings. So far there are no selection standard and evaluation method. This article introduces the salt spray test for section of coating and presents technical and economic analysis on proect with anti-corrosion steel bar. The anti-corrosion steel bar can save a lot of maintenance fee and extend 8- year-life of reinforced concrete struture and building.
