摘要
深孔加工作为机械加工的一个重要分支,深孔镗削更是深孔加工的重要组成,对其加工精度和稳定性要求越来越高;首先分析了导向块的几何形状参数对深孔镗削加工精度和稳定性的影响,并通过改变导向块长度进行试验研究,获取最佳导向块形状几何参数。
Deep hole machining is an important branch of machining and deep-hole boring is an important component of deep-hole machining. Now the requirements to the machining precision and stability are higher and higher. This paper theoretical analyzes the effects of the guide block geometry on deep hole boring machining accuracy and stability and conduct a experimental study by changing the block length. Finally the best shape and geometric parameters of guide block is carried out.
