摘要
基于少无切屑的金属塑性成型工艺中的冷挤压成型原理,通过对直齿圆柱齿轮的冷挤压工艺分析,设计制定了简易、合理、可行的模具结构,成功完成了直齿圆柱齿轮冷挤压实验,对轮齿强度的提高有较大帮助,对于大批量生产的齿轮产品的工艺研究有一定的参考价值。
In this paper, based on the cold extrusion principle in metal plastic forming of less or no chip, a simple, reasonable and feasible mold structure is designed by analyzing the cold extrusion technology for the spur cylinder gear. And then a cold extrusion experiment is carried out successfully,the results show that the new mold structure is helpful to the improvement of gear intensity,meanwhile it has a certain reference value for mass production of gears.
