摘要
为从交通需求的角度探讨路网级配,利用方式分担与等级配置的耦合机理提出了一种基于出行效率的城市道路等级配置方法.从剖析城市道路的功能特性和分级思想出发,以各种交通方式作为城市道路的服务对象,定义并量化道路供给的服务优先权,采用各类型路段通行能力分析的方法计算出每种等级道路上交通方式的理想分担率;在确定服务优先权的基础上推导出各等级路网对各方式的容量,进而建立以出行总时耗最小为目标、以路网容量与交通需求相匹配为约束的级配优化模型.以潍坊市城市道路为例进行了模型验证,并提出级配建议.结果表明,该方法具有较好的实用价值和指导意义.
In order to discuss road configuration from the angle of traffic demand, a new method of urban road grade configuration using equilibrium mechanism between trip mode and road grade levels is proposed, and it is based on the probability of trip efficiency. Firstly, considering the functional gradation of the road, the trip mode is taken as the road service object. The concept of road service priority (RSP) is put forward, and the ideal sharing rate of each trip mode on all grades of roads is obtained through the analysis of capacity. Secondly, on the basis of RSP, road network capacity for every traffic mode can be derived, and a new road network gradation optimization model is established taking the least travel time as the object and the match of the capacity and respective traffic need of each trip mode as the subject. Finally, with the example of Weifang city, it can be found that the result confirms the accuracy and feasibility of this model and the new method has great practical values and instructive significance.
