我国石化工业环境保护工作的回顾与展望

REVIEW AND PROSPECT OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION OF DOMESTIC PETROCHEMICAL INDUSTRY

25年来，我国积极开展石油化学工业的环境保护工作，取得了防治污染、改善环境的显著效果。今后的石油化学工业坏保工作必须突破案末端“三废”治理、控制末端排放指标的传统管理方式，推行清洁工艺，树立全过程总量控制的管理方式，依靠科技进步，使环保工作与生产同步发展。

The remarkable results of pollution control and environment improvement have been achieved over thepast 25 years owing to the active development on environmental protection in domestic petrochemical industry. Theenvironmental protection in future must surmount the traditional management model, i. e, the model depending on theend' three wastes' treatment and end discharge indexes control, must adapt clear technologies, must establish amanagement model to control the total amount of wastes in the whole process, and must rely on the technical progressto keep environmental protection with the pace of production development.
