摘要 应用优质焦和碳纤维沥青生产技术组合工艺,研究了从乙烯渣油生产碳素产品,如针状焦和碳纤维沥青的可能性。探讨了原料组成结构特点与热转化过程中乙烯装置渣油反应特性之间的关系,以及乙烯渣油不能直接生产针状焦的原因。提出了乙烯渣油首先经预处理过程,再进行焦化反应,可以得到低热膨胀系数的针焦。预处理过程得到的重质组分是碳纤维沥青。 The feasibility of manufacturing carbonaceous products such as needle coke and carbon fiber pitchfrom tar of the ethylene unit by integrating the prendum coke process and the carbon fiber pitch technology wasstudied. The relations between compositional features of feedstock and the reaction characteristics of tar from ethyleneunit in thermal conversion was investigated,and the reasons why the tar cannot be used directly to prDduce needlecoke were discussed. The experiments verified that the needle coke with low theml expansion coefficient can beobtained by coking the tar oter prelindnary treatment. The heavy end produced in the preliminary treatment processwas the carbon fiber pitch.
