土壤酸碱度对茄子黄萎病化学诱抗效果的影响

摘要 以过氧乙酸和氟乐灵作为化学诱抗剂,研究了在不同土壤酸碱度(pH 5.8、pH 6.6、pH 7.2、pH 8.0)下诱抗剂对茄子黄萎病的诱抗效果。结果表明,过氧乙酸在pH 5.8和pH 6.6的土壤中诱抗效果较佳,且防效与土壤的pH值有显著的负相关性;而氟乐灵在pH 7.2和pH 8.0土壤中的诱抗效果较为明显,防效较高。土壤pH对诱抗剂的诱抗效果有显著影响,且对不同诱抗剂的影响具有明显差异;诱抗剂只有在酸度适宜的土壤中才能发挥最佳诱抗效果。 Two chemical inducers, i. e. peracetic acid and trifluralin, were tested for their efficacy on Verticillium eggplant wilt. The results indicated that peracetic acid demonstrated better efficacy in soils of pH 5.8 and pH 6. 6, and the soil pH was significantly and negatively correlated with disease control effect; while trifluralin showed greater efficacy in soils of pH 7.2 and pH 8. 0, and also higher control effect. Soil pH demonstrated remarkable effect on induced resistance, and the results were quite different for different chemical inducers; best control effect could only be achieved in optimal soil pH.
