能在水稻叶上润湿铺展的甲维盐微乳剂的研制 被引量:6

摘要 采用转相法配制了26种不同配方的0.5%甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐微乳剂,经过(54±2)℃的热贮藏和(0±2)℃的冷贮藏后,成功筛选出适合配制该微乳剂的助溶剂、表面活性剂和赋形剂的种类及用量,通过测定5种合格微乳剂的表面张力,确定最佳配方。比较不同浓度该配方微乳剂与乳油药液的表面张力及在水稻叶上的滞留量,结果表明:2.0~100.0mg/L的甲维盐微乳剂药液的表面张力小于水稻叶的临界表面张力,而同浓度的1.O%甲维盐乳油药液的表面张力大于水稻叶的临界表面张力;在相同浓度下,前者在水稻叶面的滞留量明显多于后者。将0.05ml的该微乳剂药滴和水滴分别点滴在水稻叶面后,随着时间的推移,前者能够逐渐铺展开来,最终形成均匀的液膜覆盖在水稻叶面上;而清水在水稻叶面呈球形,并不能随着时间的推移在水稻叶面上展布。 26 different formulations of 0. 5% emamectin-benzoate ME were prepared with inverse phase method. The kinds and dosages of cosolvents, surfactants and excipients which were suitable for preparing the ME were got successfully after treatments of thermal storage at ( 54 ±2)℃ and cold storage at (0 ± 2 )℃. By testing the surface tension of the 5 kinds of suitable ME, the optimum formulation was got. Comparative experiment of the surface tension and the dynamic retention on rice leaf of the different concentrations ME and EC was also conducetd, the results showed that the surface tension of 0. 5% emamection-benzoate ME at 2.0 - 100 mg/L were smaller than critical surface tension of rice leaf, while the same concentrations of 1.0% EC were just reverse. The dynamic retention of ME on rice leaf was obviously more than EC under the same concentration; When small drops of the ME and water were respectively dropped onto rice leaf, the former could be spreaded gradually, and eventually uniform fluid film mulching formed on rice leaf, while the latter drops only came into being spherical.
