Zweymuller螺旋臼在骨质疏松全髋关节置换术中的应用(附75例报告) 被引量:1

摘要 目的评价Zweymuller螺旋臼应用于骨质疏松病例全髋关节置换术(THR)的临床疗效。方法采用双锥面螺旋臼及Zweymuller柄对75例80髋骨质疏松髋部疾患病例施行THR,其中股骨头坏死伴骨性关节炎26例,股骨颈骨折36例,髓臼发育不良伴骨性关节炎13例。术后随访12-72个月,平均48.3个月。术前Harris评分18-63分。结果术后所有患者髓关节疼痛症状消失,行走能力明显改善,临床和X线显示假体位置满意,无松动迹象,Harris评分76-95分。结论双锥面螺旋臼作为生物型假体应用于骨质疏松THR术病例效果满意。 Objective To evaluate the clinical outcome of Zweymuller cementless biocon cup used in THR in patients suf fering from Osteoporosis. Methods Total hip replacements (THR) were performed in 26 patients with osteoarthritis secondary to avascular necrosis of the femoral head, 36 with femur neck fracture, 13 with osteoarthritis secondary to developmental dysplasia of hip (DDH). The Zweymuller cementless biocon cups and cementless femoral stems used in all patients. The follow-up time ranged from 12 72 months (average, 48.3 months). The preoperative Harris hip score ranged from 18-63 points (average, 42 points). Results The pain was completely relieved and the ability of walk was strengthened in all patients after operation. At the last follow up, clinical and radiographic analysis demonstrated that the positions of stems and cups were unchanged and all showed radiographic evidence of bone in growth, and Harris hip score ranged from 76-95 points (average, 90 points). Conclusion As a bio-prosthesis, the cementless biocon cup used in THR in the patients suffering from Osteoporosis can provide stable fixation.
