微血管多普勒超声在颅内动脉瘤术中应用的研究(附20例分析)

摘要 目的探讨微血管多普勒超声在颅内动脉瘤夹闭术中的应用价值和意义。方法2009年1~4月我科收治颅内动脉瘤患者20例,在夹闭动脉瘤前后应用微血管多普勒超声(MDU)对动脉瘤、载瘤动脉和邻近血管进行常规检查。结果5例(25%)患者在颅内动脉瘤夹闭术中应用MDU发现血流异常,调整动脉瘤夹后血流正常。15例术中MDU监测显示血流信号正常,与术后数字减影血管造影术等检查结果存在一致性。18例(90%)患者术后恢复良好。结论颅内动脉瘤术中常规应用MDU有助于减少动脉瘤并发症的发生,提高手术夹闭质量。
