摘要
利用ADINA有限元分析软件对剪切啮合型转子在混炼过程中的受力情况进行模拟分析,对转子的位移和所受应力情况进行模拟计算,提高了转子受力分析的准确性,对转子设计提供参考,提高了设计效率。
The simulation of the shearing-meshing rotor during the mixing process was analyzed by ADINA, analyzing the displacement and stress simulation of the rotors. The accuracy of simulation analysis of rotor was approved. The result could guide the design of rotors and promote the efficiency of design.
