摘要
濮城油田集输系统经过3年的工艺改造,于1996年6月实现了端点加药、管道破乳、常温脱水、系统防腐、密闭集输、分队计量、微机控制一条龙的新工艺。该工艺以三相高效分离器为突破口,应用了管道破乳常温脱水新工艺及站内节能工艺流程,合理配置各种设备,成功地实现了由开式流程向密闭集输及分队分线计量新工艺的转变。
Through three years technology reform, gathering and transferring system of Pucheng oilfield on June 1996 accomplishes terminal adding chemicals, demulsifying on pipeline, nonheat dehydration, system anticorrosion, custody gatherring and transferring, team separating measurement and microcomputer control etc one continuous line new technology. Taking high efficiency 3-phase separator as the key link, the technology uses demulsifying on pipeline, nonheat dehydration new technology and instation energy-saving process flow, reasonably disposes various devices and succesfully achieves the thransformation from open type process flow to custody gathering and transferring and team separating and line separation measurement new technology.
