摘要 目的探讨心肺复苏(CPR)后血液粘度、细胞因子的变化规律及低分子肝素钙对其预后的影响。方法将20例CPR患者随机分为常规复苏术组和治疗组,治疗组给予低分子肝素钙治疗。两组患者分别于CPR后1h、24h、48h进行血液流变学、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-a)检测。结果治疗组与常规复苏组相比,心脏骤停CPR后全血粘度、血浆粘度和TNF-a均降低,且有显著差异性,P<0.05。结论心脏骤停CPR后全血粘度、血浆粘度、TNF-a持续升高,应用低分子肝素钙治疗后可降低全血粘度、血浆粘度、TNF-a的持续升高,可提高其抢救成功和存活率。 Objective To study the change rule of blood viscosity and cytokine after cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR) and explore the prognosis of the patients which injected Low Molecular Heparin Calcium influence after CPR.Methods Twenty patients were randomly divided into the routine group(treated on routine CPR) and the treated group(treated on CPR and Low Molecular Heparin Calcium).Hemorheology and tumor necrosis fateor-α(TNF-α) of two groups were detected at 1 hour 24 hours and 48 hours after CPR.Results Compared with the routine group,whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity and the TNF-α of the treated group were all lower,which have significant difference(P〈0.05).Conclusion Whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity and the TNF-α increased constantly after CPR.The blood viscosity,plasma viscosity and the TNF-α can be reduced if the patients which treated with Low Molecular Heparin Calcium after CPR.So it can improve the successful rates of rescue and the survival rates.
