摘要
目的研究硅烷偶联剂(CP)对陶瓷托槽与瓷面粘接性能的影响。方法120个烤瓷试件按不同瓷面处理随机分为3组:A组氧化铝喷砂处理;B组金刚砂车针打磨;C组9.6%氢氟酸酸蚀2min。再根据是否使用CP各分2小组,粘接剂为Trans-bondXT(3M)。托槽粘接后在37℃水浴条件下24h后冷热循环500次(5℃和55℃),使用材料实验机检测粘接剪切强度,并统计粘接剂残留指数(ARI)。结果喷砂组和打磨组使用CP后平均抗剪切强度与未使用CP组比较差别无统计学意义(P>O.05);HF酸蚀+CP+3MUniteTM釉质粘接剂组的粘接剪切强度最高,与其余组比较有显著性差异(P<O.05)。结论用金刚砂车针打磨或喷砂处理瓷面后,使用CP来粘接陶瓷托槽,黏接强度不确切;氢氟酸酸蚀瓷面后,再使用CP,同时结合LED光照下用光固化粘接剂,可获得陶瓷托槽与瓷面间满意的粘接强度,但瓷面破损的几率增加。
Objective To investigate the influence of silane coupling agents on the bond strength of ceramic brackets to porcelain.Methods 120 glazed porcelain facets were randomly divided into 3 groups according to different conditioning techniques:(1) sandblasting with aluminium trioxide particles,(2)deglazing by grinding,(3)etching with 9.6%hydrofluoric acid(HFA)for 2 minutes.Each group was further divided into 2 experimental groups incording the surface treatment with silane or not.Brackets were bonded to the conditioned ceramic specimens with a light-polymerized resin composite(TransbondTM XT ;3MUnitek).A1l specimens were stored in water for 24 hours at 37 degrees C and then thermocycled(500 cycles,5 degrees C to 55 degrees C,30).The shear bond strength was measued on a universal testing machine.The adhesive remnant index(ARI) scores and fracture of the porcelain were determined.And the results were statistically analyzed.Results No significant differences was found between the silanated group and non-silanated group after sandblasting or grinding(P〉0.05).Surface treatment with HFA and a silane coupling agent produced the highest bond strengrh when compared with other groups(P〈0.05).Conclusion It is unreliable to use silane coupling agent to sandblasted porcelain or grinded porcelain since it can't provide adequate bond strength for ceramic brackets bonded to porcelain surface.While ceramic brackets were bonded with a light-cured composite resin and LED,silane coupling agent application to HFA etched porcelain resulted in a clinically acceptable bond strength.Meanwhile,more porcelain facets displayed damage.
