干细胞因子和P物质在糖尿病胃肠动力障碍大鼠结肠组织中的表达及中药大黄对其的干预影响 被引量：5

摘要 目的观察干细胞因子(SCF)和P物质(SP)在糖尿病胃肠动力障碍大鼠结肠组织中表达及中药大黄对其的干预作用。方法建立糖尿病胃肠动力障碍大鼠模型,测定其胃肠推进率,免疫组化检测SP及RT-PCR法检测SCF在糖尿病大鼠结肠组织内表达。结果糖尿病大鼠结肠组织内SCF和SP的表达较正常大鼠均明显减少(P<0.05),大黄治疗组SCF及SP的表达与模型组相比具有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论SCF和SP与糖尿病胃肠动力障碍有一定相关性,大黄能够提高SCF和SP的表达水平,改善、纠正糖尿病结肠慢传输运动。
