使用促性腺激素释放激素激动剂中妊娠15例临床分析 被引量：1

摘要 目的研究在控制型超排卵过程中使用促性腺激素释放激素激动剂GnRH-a发生妊娠的原因及妊娠结局。方法回顾性分析2006年9月～2008年9月IVF/ICSI-ET超排卵周期中使用GnRH-a过程中发现妊娠的临床资料。结果在1800个IVF/ICSI-ET超排卵周期使用GnRH-a过程中发现妊娠15例16人次,发生率为0.89%。结论在超排卵周期使用GnRH-a的过程中有发生妊娠的可能。
