肝与消渴刍议

Discussion on Liver and Wasting-thirst

从消渴的病因病机出发,结合肝的生理病理及肝与五脏的关系,论述了肝与消渴发病及其变证发生的关系。认为肝气郁结、肝血亏虚是消渴发病的内在因素;肝失疏泄是消渴发病的病理机制;肝郁肝虚、湿热内生、痰瘀交阻是消渴变证发生的根源。

From the etiological factors and pathogenesis, together with physiology and pathology of liver, and its relationship with five viscera, the paper discussed the relationship between liver and wasting-thirst, and its deteriorated case. The resuits indicate depression of liver-QI, deficiency of hepatic blood are internal factors to cause wasting-thirst; the liver failing to maintain the normal flow of QI is the pathomechanism; stagnation of liver-QI and hepatic asthenia, humid heat endogeny, Block of phlegm and blood stasis are the root to cause deteriorated case of wasting-thirst.
