摘要
曲线开料机床是一种用于R型变压器铁芯加工的关键设备,针对R型矽钢片曲线开料机床存在的加工速度和精度问题,论文研究了可应用于高速R型矽钢片曲线开料系统控制的硬件方案及其软件算法,采用德国倍福PC控制方案,通过对R型矽钢片曲线开料数据和R型铁芯曲线理论计算,实现R型矽钢片曲线开料高速、高精度加工。
Curve cutting machine is a kind of key equipment for processing of R - type transformer iron core. Based on the speed and accuracy issue of the curve of R - type silicon steel sheet cutting machine, this paper research the control hardware program and software algorithms which can be applied to the high - speed curves of R - type silicon steel sheet cutting machine system. Through the theortical cal- culation of R - type silicon steel sheet cutting machine data and the R - type core curve data, achieving the high -speed and high -precision processing for R -type silicon steel sheet cutting machine.
