摘要 简要说明了棒形悬式复合绝缘子端部连接采用的楔接、粘接、同轴多向压接三种连接形式,以及各自的优缺点。详细分析了同轴多向压接工艺,通过简要的设计计算和参考大量的实验数据,提出了同轴多向压接棒形悬式复合绝缘子,端部附件结构设计的重点和关键压接参数的计算确定。介绍了压接过程的无损监控检测工艺,指出棒形悬式复合绝缘子端部连接应选用同轴多向压接,采用压缩量控制,压力值校对,压接时间分析,并配备同步的声发射检测设备。 Three connection modes of end fittings on long rod type suspension composite insulators (i.e. insertion, glue linking and coaxial multi-orientation crimpling) and their respective merit and demerit were described. Detailed analysis on coaxial multi-orientation crimpling technology was performed based on calculation and massive experimental data. The key aspects for long rod type sus- pension composite insulator and end fitting design, and calculation of critical crimping parameters of coaxial multi-orientation crimpling technology has been proposed. The non-destructive test technology on crimping was introduced. It is indicated that the coaxial multi-orientation crimpling technology shall be used for the long rod type composite insulator connection and compression rate, pressure value, crimping time shall be controlled and synchronous acoustic emission detecting device shall be adopted.
