摘要
电解离子接地系统(Ionic Earthing Array简称IEA)由陶瓷合金构成,电极外表是铜合金。它内部含有特制的电解离子化合物,能够通过电极顶部的呼吸孔吸收空气或土壤中的水分,使化合物潮解,形成电解液渗透到周围的土壤中,有效地降低土壤电阻率,使土壤的导电性能始终保持在较高的水平,故障电流能轻易地扩散到土壤中,并降低接地电阻。结合浙江平阳35 kV山门变电站的接地改造工程,介绍IEA电解离子接地系统的应用,并与传统接地系统作比较分析,说明IEA电解离子接地系统的优越性。
The Ionic Earthing Array (IEA for short) is made of ceramic alloy, electrode surface is copper alloy. It contains tailor made electrolytic ion compound, is able to absorb moisture in the air or soil through the breathe hole at the top of electrode, so that compounds deliquescence, form electrolyte penetrate into the surrounding soil, effectively reduce soil resistivity, make the conductive properties of the soil always maintained at a high level, fault current can easily spread to the soil, and reduce the grounding resistance. Combined with grounding renovation project Zhejiang Pingyang 35 kV substation, the application of IEA electrolytic ion grounding system was introduced. Comparative analysis of the traditional grounding system shows the advantages of IEA electrolytic ion grounding system.
