摘要 电力系统输电线路的各种防雷措施长期使用效果需要得到评估,笔者通过对吉林省66 kV及220 kV输电线路落雷、雷击跳闸情况的数据汇总,并对所采取的线路防雷措施的效果进行分析统计,同时提出一个有效雷击跳闸率公式,对各种防雷措施的效果进行分析和比较,结果表明66 kV线路雷击跳闸率变化规律与220 kV线路雷击跳闸率变化规律类似,但220 kV线路雷击跳闸情况确实较66 kV线路严重;线路避雷器防雷效果很理想,少长针驱雷器防雷效果不理想,可控避雷针防雷措施虽然有一定效果,但安装时间太短还需进一步防雷效果分析,耦合地线防雷效果一般,最后提出防雷措施建议。 Long-time use of lightning protection should be evaluated. The data of lightning failures at methods in transmission lines of power system 66 kV and 220 kV transmission lines in Jilin province were summarized. The effect of the applied lightning protect measure was analyzed and statisticly estimated, based on gathered lightning strike number and lightning trip-out rate statistics, the performance of various lightning protection measures was compared and evaluated. The results show that the lightning trip-out rate variation pattern of 66 kV transmission line was similar to that of 220 kV transmission line, but the lightning triping, of 220 kV transmission line was actually much serious. The lightning protection effect of transmission line surge arrester was good, the controllable lightning rod had some positive effect but the lightning protection effect need further analysis after a long-time use. The lightning protection effect of semiconductor lightning elimmator was bad and coupling ground wire has a moderate effect, and finally, some suggestions about lightning protection measures were proposed.
