摘要
分析并确定了高速无刷直流电机驱动控制器主回路的导通方式。控制器是以专用芯片MC33035和MC33039来进行设计。位置反馈采用霍尔传感器,开关器件采用MOSFET管。设计有转速反馈闭环控制、正反转、过电流保护等。实验表明,系统运行良好,性能稳定,达到了预期的目标,具有一定的实用价值。
The high speed brushless DC motor controller was designed in this paper. The commutating method of the three-phase inverter was analyzed and then decided. The MC33035 and MC 33039 integrated chip were adapted in the controller. The position feedback sensor employed the hall sensors, and the switching devices MOSFETs. There was speed feedback unit, forward and backward rotary unit, o- vercurrent unit etc. Good performance of the system was verified by the systematic experimental results, and the system in accordance with the design target with practical value.
