摘要
对表贴式永磁同步电动机的空载气隙磁密波形进行了分析,从而提出采用若干块永磁体代替通常的单块永磁体作为一个主磁极的方法来改善气隙磁密波形;导出了削弱气隙磁密空间谐波的数学模型,依据该数学模型建立了永磁同步电动机的有限元仿真模型。有限元计算结果表明,该方法可以很好地改善气隙磁密波形,减少气隙磁密空间谐波的含量。
The no load air gap flux density waveform of surface mounted permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) was analyzed in this paper, and then proposed a new method to improve the air gap flux density waveform, we adopt several segments permanent magnet as a main pole for motor instead of the single one, and the mathematical model to eliminate the harmonics was derived. According to the mathematical model, a PMSM finite element simulation model was created, the FEA results showed the new method was useful to improve the flux density and reduced its high harmonic components.
